Can I meet the cleaner first?
Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to discuss your specific requirements and priorities. We will arrange a convenient time for a meeting at your house or office so that a full checklist may be completed at that time.Do I have to stay at home when the Housekeeper comes?
No, all our housekeepers are fully trained, and will have already discussed your specific requirements so there is no need to stay at home. We will obviously request your contact number so that we can contact you should the need arise.How are payments made?
All payments should be made by cheque in the name of The Housekeepers Limited. No cash payments will be accepted. Payment should be made either weekly or monthly and is determined by whether you have a weekly or monthly contract.
